Technology Requirement

Our Technology Lead and Developer will tackle the business requirements and produce a technology proposal detailing the how’s and why’s of development and which technology will be utilized. 

Development

Using agile methodology our team of Devs and UI/UX will delve into the development lifecycle. We use the sprint methodology with the goal to deliver something every 2 weeks. This also gives our clients the flexibility to change the direction of development if and when priorities change.

Test and QA

Our DEV team will deliver a codebase that is properly documented and tested. This is a nice built in feature that ensures good quality and scalable code. Our QA team ensures the functionality of what has been developed to match the business requirements.  

User Acceptance

At this point our clients inspect the product. Since we use a very collaborative process between the client and our development team, we rarely expect any  any big surprises or major changes in direction at this stage in the game.

Maintenance and Support

Everything should be working as intended, but in the case it's not, we will be providing maintenance and support to assist with the post rollout cycle.
